AlansCinematics ("we," "us," "Alan") is a small photography business based in Phoenix, Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or inquire about a session, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain language, no surprises.

AlansCinematics is a photography brand operated by Alan Pirnazarov, based in Phoenix, Arizona.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit the inquiry form on this site, you choose to share:

First name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Session type
Preferred date
Location (if you have one)
Any details you include in the message field

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, payment card data, or government identification through this form.

Automatic Information

Like most websites, basic technical information (such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited) may be logged by the hosting provider for security and performance purposes. This site does not currently run third-party advertising trackers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use what you share to:

Respond to your inquiry and discuss your session
Schedule and plan your shoot (dates, locations, details)
Deliver your final gallery
Follow up about your experience or share related session offerings, only when relevant

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

3. How the Form Is Delivered

Inquiries submitted through this site are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to Alan's business email. FormSubmit also retains submissions in a recovery archive for 30 days. We include an inquiry reference and submission time to help trace missing messages. If you use the verification option, FormSubmit may ask you to complete its spam-prevention checks. Once received, your information is stored in the email inbox and any session-management tools Alan uses to keep track of clients.

4. Photos and Galleries

If you book a session, photos taken during your shoot are delivered through a private online gallery. Galleries are not public and are shared only with you via a private link. We may showcase select images from sessions in our portfolio, on Instagram (@alanscinematics), or in marketing materials. If you would prefer your images not be used publicly, just let Alan know. Written requests are honored.

5. Cookies and Optional Analytics

This site uses browser storage for basic functionality, such as remembering the opening animation and an inquiry reference when returning from verification. The reference storage does not include your name, email, phone number, or message. Fonts and images are served directly from this site.

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people visit and whether they open a contact option or begin the inquiry form. These actions are not proof that an inquiry was received or a session booked. Our measurement code excludes form contents, contact-link addresses, URL query strings and fragments. Google also processes technical information about your browser and device and may infer an approximate location.

Analytics is optional and stays off until you allow it. The site requests an Analytics cookie lifetime of 90 days and remembers your choice for up to 180 days. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this setup. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping analytics off. You can change your choice using Analytics choices in the footer; declining stops future collection by this tag and removes its Analytics cookies. Booking works without analytics.

Individual event data in the existing Analytics property is retained for two months; user-level retention is currently fourteen months and can reset with new activity. Aggregated reports may remain longer. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices. Changing your choice does not erase information already processed; contact Alan about deletion requests.

6. Data Retention

Inquiry emails are retained as long as they are useful for ongoing communication or recordkeeping. Client galleries are typically available for a limited period after delivery (clients are notified before galleries expire). You can request deletion of your inquiry or contact details at any time.

You can:

Ask what information we have on file about you
Request corrections to that information
Ask us to delete your inquiry or contact details
Opt out of any follow-up communications

8. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Family session inquiries are submitted by parents or guardians.

9. Third-Party Links

This site links to Instagram. Its privacy practices are governed by its own policies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted clearly.
